I’ve paid for the installation service. Will anything affect my installation date?
Nothing will affect your installation date. We will ensure that all kitchen fitters are booked in or at least on our waiting list, which means you will get the kitchen fitting service when it is convenient for you!
I have been financially impacted by Covid-19. Can I take a payment holiday from my finances?
Yes. If you have been financially impacted by Covid-19, please let us know and we will give you a payment holiday until your financial situation has improved.
Where is the wood sourced from to manufacture your kitchens?
We source our kitchen units from top suppliers who are located all over the UK.
Where are your cabinets manufactured?
All of our kitchen cabinets are manufactured in the UK – what this means is that you can be sure that they have passed stringent quality checks and inspections at each stage.
Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?
Yes, we do! Not only for kitchen units but also worktops as well as appliances like fridge freezers and ovens too! We know how important it is to make sure everything is up-to-scratch so not only will we give you 12 months’ worth of cover; if something goes wrong with any element within those first 12 months then simply let us know about it and we’ll fix it straight away.
How are your kitchens so competitively priced?
We have a team of kitchen designers who work to make sure we only provide the best possible prices and quality kitchen units out there – by working with some of the leading kitchen manufacturers across Glasgow! Our kitchen services not only include new builds but also refurbishments. A lot of old kitchens can be brought up-to-date with a good refit without spending an absolute fortune as well as those brand-new shiny appliances from scratch!
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We can take payments via cash, card or bank transfer; it’s completely up to you which method you’d prefer!
When do I need to pay?
All orders- big and small – will be invoiced at 50% upfront with the remaining balance to be paid on kitchen installation day.
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
We will have your kitchen installed within just a few weeks of ordering it!
Can I change my existing order?
Of course; there is no problem with modifying your kitchen order.
Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?
Once we’ve taken care of the admin and accounting side, our friendly kitchen consultants will guide you through choosing all your ideal fittings and accessories for free over the phone or via email. We’re always available if you need us so please don’t hesitate to call us at any time with any questions that may come up during the process- no matter how small they are!
How can I change my delivery address?
If you need to make a change, simply call our customer service team on 0161 428 5025 and they will take care of everything for you!
We offer free shipping across Glasgow so whatever changes are necessary are not going to have any impact on that either. We always want all of our customers’ deliveries to be as hassle-free as possible which is why we ensure this process remains stress-free too!
What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?
No problem at all; in fact, it’s pretty common for people who work during the day or live alone to miss their kitchen being delivered because no one is there to receive it! We have a system in place where we call customers before delivery so that you know when your kitchen is coming and can plan accordingly.
What if my order arrives incomplete?
Unfortunately, accidents happen from time to time; especially when it comes to moving heavy objects like kitchen cabinets!
If your kitchen arrives incomplete, we will order any missing parts and get them to you as soon as possible.
